Altra

Altra Running , commonly known as Altra, is an American manufacturing company engaged in the design, development, marketing and sales of athletic footwear for road running, trail running and casual footwear.

Altra was ranked among the top 10 brands in "specialty running" and 4th in the trail running category.

In 2016, the company added apparel to its product line and began manufacturing running and hiking apparel with a line of jackets, shorts, shirts and socks.

Altra has developed a backless windbreaker that can be easily slipped on over a backpack or hydration pack while running long distances. However, Altra is currently only focused on footwear.

Despite the zero drop, they protect the feet and joints - without compromising on speed.

A unique element is the wide tip for freedom and stability of the fingers.
