The Inov-8 brand focuses on the production of natural running shoes and accessories. Natural running shapes runners' feet, does not stress the joints and does not rely on the support of shoes. Inov-8 products are designed based on cooperation with top athletes. The mission of Inov-8 products is lightness, minimalism, functionality, contact with the surface - be it rocks, asphalt or mud.

The founder, Wayne Edy, worked in the shoe industry from a young age, where he started with mechanical training for the development and industrial production of sports shoes. Here he gained the necessary experience from the point of view of development and production. In the same inspiring way that Tomáš Baťa applied in his operations, Wayne also advanced to business management positions and very successfully helped build a network of sports stores in Zimbabwe. At the age of 26, Wayne wins a series of prestigious business awards and leaves Zimbabwe. For the next 14 very successful years, he worked in the Berghaus group, where he was involved in the development and production of footwear. Then comes the crucial decision: "It's time to work on yourself." And so Inov - 8 is born in northern England.
