The Altra Olympus 6 continues its proud legacy as a shoe that provides maximum underfoot protection and comfort on long trails. It features Altra's roomiest Original FootShape fit and the thickest midsole in their line-up.
The midsole is composed of reliable CMEVA foam with 0mm displacement, which provides predictable cushioning for confidence, step after countless steps. The adaptive mesh upper boasts improved breathability and features a sturdier toe box and generous overlays for durability and structure.
It's not limited to utilitarian updates, but slip-on comfort is enhanced by a refined tongue and premium Achilles cushion. Last but not least, the reliable Vibram Megagrip sole compound sets the standard for grip on a variety of trail surfaces. With slightly modified lug shapes and placement, the sole provides increased durability and security.
