The Ortovox Haute Route 32 backpack is extremely durable, designed for demanding skiing and alpine hiking. The backpack is made of durable nylon 420D Oxford material , which is light and unusually resistant to abrasion and cuts. Together with the waterproof treatment, the life of the backpack increased, but at the same time it also reduced the weight compared to the previous model. The backpack can withstand really harsh treatment. You can easily and quickly attach a lot of equipment to the backpack, thanks to which there will be enough space for clothes in the backpack.
ORTOVOX developers collaborated with physiotherapists on the updated O-FLEX-2 BACK SYSTEM . The goal was to create a comfortable, ergonomic back system for all-day wear and at the same time to hold the backpack perfectly even when going downhill. And they succeeded, the backpack literally becomes part of your body. It also has the advantage of opening with a perimeter back zip, similar to a suitcase, for convenient access.
The back is made of a solid structure and pressed foam placed in different damping zones. The shoulder and waist straps are reinforced with pressed foam for greater comfort. The shoulder straps are cushioned around the neck so that they do not press into the neck. The backpack adapts to the natural shape of the spine, which resembles the letter "S" and at the same time distributes the weight evenly. The back is covered with a softshell that repels snow.
You can also get to the main pocket through the upper zip entry. There is also a clip inside the chamber with a separate compartment for attaching the water reservoir. You can easily attach everything with the help of variable integrated straps, buckles, grips and helmet net, for example skis, crampons, snowshoes, ice axes, poles, helmet, climbing material or rope.

The backpack was adapted for people with an average back length of 42-50 cm - for a figure of approximately 170 to 195 cm. The length is calculated from the 7th cervical vertebra to the upper part of the pelvis. The backpack is not only modified in the length of the back, but also changes in the shape of the shoulder straps and adjustment of the waist belt.
