The ASICS Fuji Lite 7 men's running shoe returns with a lighter design that's more durable and offers better grip on trails.

The upper is enhanced with a lightweight woven material that is durable and protective on technical terrain. These overlays are also complemented by a tongue construction with wings for better midfoot support. This will help you experience better control and greater confidence when riding fast on challenging trails. FF BLAST PLUS cushioning is located in the midsole to help provide lightweight, cloud-like cushioning and a responsive ride.
