The ASICS Metaspeed Sky Tokyo Women's Running Shoe is our top-of-the-line racing product, designed for runners with a fast stride style who want to start fast and finish faster. Runners in this shoe will be able to increase their speed by lengthening their stride while conserving energy with every stride.

The newly designed FF LEAP foam technology is super lightweight and flexible. It is strategically placed in the bottom layer of the midsole to help provide better cushioning and higher energy return. The top layer of the midsole uses FF TURBO PLUS cushioning. This configuration improves the responsiveness of the foam while creating better stability during the impact phase of your stride.

With a higher plate placement and thicker midsole in the toe area (compared to the METASPEED EDGE TOKYO), you'll experience higher energy return and extended stride length. This feature will help you cover 30km and maintain your pace in the later stages of the race.

• FF TURBO PLUS Cushioning - This midsole foam is extremely lightweight and more flexible than FF TURBO cushioning. It is designed for even more advanced energy return and cushioning during your run.
• A carbon plate that helps you improve energy return from the midsole by increasing the volume of deformable foam under the plate thanks to its wide shape and higher position in the forefoot.
• ASICSGRIP rubber outsole - a patented ASICS outsole that provides advanced grip on a variety of terrains.
