The Osprey Kestrel 48 - Atlas Blue trekking backpack is an ideal model for weekend hikes in the mountains. Thanks to it, you can comfortably carry all the necessary equipment, which can be conveniently placed in many pockets. This trekking backpack also has a number of construction features for comfort on the trail.
The adjustable AirScape™ support system ensures a comfortable fit, while a special perforated foam panel ensures good air circulation. The foam is covered with a pleasant mesh. You will appreciate the backpack for the possibility of vertical adjustment of the suspension panel of the shoulder straps, thanks to which you can even better adapt it to your height and preferences. The model has shaped shoulder straps covered with foam, covered with moisture-wicking fabric. There are stabilizer straps above the shoulders that can be adjusted, as well as a chest strap. A wide hip belt made of soft foam covered with moisture-wicking mesh provides cushioning for the weight being carried.
The Osprey Kestrel 48 trekking backpack has a spacious main compartment divided into two parts with a convenient pull-down in the upper part, which is secured by a flap closed by two buckles. The main compartment can also be accessed from the bottom and side thanks to the full-length zipper. Along the back, on the outside of the main compartment, you'll find a practical pocket for a hydration system (available separately). The manufacturer has placed two pockets on the flap, one on the outside and one on the inside with a key clip. The model has two side mesh pockets accessible from the top and side, as well as one on the front. The other two pockets are located on the hip belt.
This trekking backpack is also equipped with a rain cover, which is located in the lower pocket. On the front you will find loops for attaching two caps. Practical elements on this backpack are side compression straps as well as trouser straps located in the lower part. One of the shoulder straps also features a Stow-on-the-Go™ loop for attaching trekking poles. In addition, the model has loops for carrying equipment on the front. In this trekking backpack you will also find a safety whistle located on the chest strap.
