That means no breaking and overcoming the resistance of unnecessarily soft foam. But the new Glycerin 22 takes the whole concept one level higher.

Meet DNA TUNED, our latest patented cushioning technology. Simply put, DNA TUNED gives you two shoes in one. For the first time in the history of running shoes, we've combined two supercritical materials into one shoe without the use of glue, plates, or any other fasteners that will always make the shoe feel dull.

Brooks Glycerin 22 hides the core of a racing shoe . But only in the front part, where you will appreciate the dynamics and explosiveness. On the sides and in the back of the cushioning layer, however, the foam remains softer, more stable and lazier. Exactly as reliable and comfortable as you would expect from a bulky shoe. The fast foam has a contrasting color in most variants that shines through the entire shoe, so you can immediately see where the shoe is fast and restless and where, on the contrary, it is supple and more stable.
