The lightweight, versatile Alpine 8 running vest fits like a second skin and offers plenty of space for your equipment. It has a clever arrangement of compartments so that you can easily keep things organized. The main compartment on the back is further divided into two overlapping compartments. The compartment closer to your back is accessible via the top zip at the back of the neck and also from the bottom zip. The second compartment also has a bottom zip. This makes the vest easy to pack and everything is always within reach with one hand while running. In addition, the Alpine 8 has multiple stretch pockets on the front, sides and back for storing small items and also has a removable waterproof pocket for a smartphone and a whistle in case of emergency.
The developers paid special attention to the cut, which prevents the vest from swinging from side to side and guarantees excellent stability even during fast technical descents.
