The ASICS Superblast 3 men's running shoe is a pace shoe that, thanks to advanced updates, offers an energetic feel underfoot. We've updated the midsole with FF LEAP™ cushioning. The foam composition was influenced by our METASPEED™ racing models. The lightweight composition meets the flexibility that you'll appreciate during every running workout. The shoe has a new shape, strategically implemented in the sole, inspired by the trampoline . This design helps to give a more energetic feel during every phase of the running stride.

• Trampoline-inspired sole shape - The design of the bottom of the sole ensures higher energy return and improves the rebound effect during transitions in all phases of the running stride.
• Reflective details ensure that you are seen even in the late evening or early morning hours.
• The inserts are dyed using technology that reduces water consumption by up to 33% and carbon emissions by up to 45%, compared to conventional dyeing technology.
