The SILVA TR Free 2 Hybrid headlamp is an updated version of the successful Silva Trail Runner Free headlamp, awarded the ISPO AWARD 2020. Super light, compact one-piece construction without unnecessary cables, with energy running inside the elastic headband and a flat connector. Compared to the previous version, Trail Runner 2 has higher light output, more efficient reflector cooling and more comfortable padding in the front part under the reflector. The source is placed on an elastic strap, or it can be stored in a backpack, waist pack or running vest with the help of an extension cable, you will appreciate this during longer activities, when the elastic strap with the reflector weighing only 58g will not limit you in any way.
In sub-zero temperatures, you can extend the life of the battery by placing it in a warm place under the jacket. The headlamp has a light output of 450 lumens with 3xAAA cells, 500 lumens with a rechargeable 4.6Wh Hybrid battery and 550 lumens with the most powerful 14.8Wh battery. The battery box, which includes a red safety light, uses 3xAAA cells or a 4.6Wh charging Hybrid battery as a source. The most powerful 14.8Wh battery is delivered in a neoprene case with Velcro and can also be attached to the elastic strap of the headlamp or stored in a backpack using an extension cable...
The Silva Intelligent Light technology combines a wide light cone and a long afterglow . A comfortable elastic headband with a silicone center fits perfectly on the head. Battery capacity indication in the form of a green and red diode in the front reflector - lights up for approx. 3 seconds after the headlamp is switched off. IPX5 waterproof.
