With drink mixes, you often follow a predetermined sodium or carbohydrate intake because you adjust the amount of fuel you put in your bottles. With Carb Only , you can tailor your carbohydrate intake to your desired load, delivering up to 120g of carbs per liter if you want... without changing your sodium intake! Create a plan, consider the conditions, add the required scoops, and voilà!

Then add Precision Hydration tablets of the correct strength or take electrolyte capsules to reach your desired sodium levels.

Instructions for use:

• Add one, two, three or four scoops to 500ml (along with any sodium/electrolytes to pair), shake and enjoy.
• Using Carb Only Drink Mix allows you to increase the carbohydrate content of your bottles when you drink less fluid in colder conditions, and reduce it when it's hot and you drink more fluid.
• For the ideal mix, fill the bottle about 1/3 full with water, add the drink mix and shake thoroughly. Then top it up with water and shake one last time.
