The ORTOVOX FREE RIDER 28 backpack fits extremely comfortably on your back when freeriding on any terrain - just like a second skin. It is primarily a flat, elastic CLASP FLEX belt that provides control in every situation and reliable support. Soft back pads perfectly surround the back without restricting the movements of the spine. CLASP SPINE PROTECTOR can be mounted on the inside of the back of the backpack. This back protector is certified to motorcycle standards and can be purchased separately. It easily slips into a separate inner pocket. Here we focus on your safety and the environment: This freeride backpack is completely PFC-free and climate neutral thanks to the use of recycled polyester .
In order to optimally adapt the backpack on the go, it can be quickly compressed using the integrated side straps and folded into a flat second skin on the back. When it comes to abseiling into steep chutes or short trails, this freeride pack has all the ski, ice ax or rope attachment options you need, not to mention the proven helmet net, emergency card and hydration system compatibility. All functions are well stored on the outside so they don't get caught, even on rough terrain. The freeriding backpack also offers enough space for climbing skins and ski cats , which ensures exceptional flexibility on the mountains. Emergency equipment can be neatly stored and kept close at hand in a separate security compartment, while all other items in the main compartment can be accessed via front or rear access. FREE RIDER 28 is a versatile companion for maximum flexibility and freedom of movement on skis.
