Do you like to wear quality clothing with climate membranes, especially for various outdoor activities? A great choice! Membrane clothing serves to wick away moisture, maintain proper thermoregulation, or prevent water penetration. But did you know that dirt and crystals from sweat can stick to membranes? Over time, these disrupt their proper function, which is why clothing with climate membranes needs to be washed regularly. However, be careful, many common detergents contain aggressive chemicals, detergents, and solvents that can damage the delicate structure of climate membranes. These substances can disrupt the surface finish of the membranes and their internal structure, thus eliminating their breathability and water repellency. In addition, common detergents can clog pores, thus again preventing permeability.
Performance Wash was developed specifically for the care of clothing with climate membranes. It gently but effectively cleans not only the fibers, but also removes stains. At the same time, it refreshes with a pleasant scent, while still maintaining the proper function of the membranes.
Tip: Remember that after about 5-6 washes, clothes lose their waterproofing. Wash-In-Protector impregnation detergent elegantly restores the impregnation in one wash while maintaining the properties of the membranes.
