This binding excels both downhill and uphill. The Superlite 150+ has four hill walking modes that can be selected based on your personal preference and use in a racing setting (ie no brake) or a touring setting (with a brake).

Its lateral release values are fully adjustable from DIN 4 to 13. Its vertical release is fixed, but can be adjusted with a replaceable U-spring (available separately).
