The 150 COOL material is made from a new technical beta-spun yarn, which is more durable and stronger, while retaining the natural properties of the natural fibers TENCELTM and merino wool . Beta-spun technology from the SÜDWOLLE Group is based on a new spinning method in which polyamide fibers are wrapped around a core of merino wool and TENCELTM. The resulting material is more resistant to abrasion and tearing thanks to the protective layer of polyamide.

ORTOVOX uses only the highest quality merino wool from Tasmania. Merino wool is a material that degrades only slightly over time and retains its functional properties for many years.
Merino is naturally moisture-regulating – it absorbs moisture into its internal structure and remains dry on the surface.
