The ORTOVOX AVABAG LITRIC FREERIDE 26 backpack is an electronic Litric avalanche backpack designed for Freeride. From powder days near the slopes to multi-day freeriding trips. This model includes a specially designed shortened back system for smaller people - short "S" version.
Thanks to the CLASP BACK SYSTEM back system with soft padding , a wide, flexible waist belt and soft shoulder straps, it fits extremely tightly on the back and at the same time allows complete freedom of movement.
LiTRIC electronic airbag system
This system is lightweight, reliable and easy to use. The electrical system can be fully charged in about 25 minutes via USB-C and the activation can be tested any number of times at no additional cost.
The biggest advantage of this system is the need for a cartridge. This means more space in your backpack, no weighing required, no cartridge disposal required, no travel restrictions. The design is thought through to the smallest detail, supercapacitors are used instead of fillings and the airbag is ultralight, making the system one of the lightest on the market. The LiTRIC AVABAG is operated absolutely intuitively - from charging and the LED display, through the activation handle, to the airbag packaging and leg loop.
One charge allows at least two activations. When switched on, its operating time is approximately 60 hours, allowing multi-day trips without the need for recharging. Its operating temperature ranges from -30°C to +45°C.
All AVABAG LiTRIC FREERIDE products are climate neutral and PFC-free.
