GU Roctane Energy gel - is a unique source of necessary nutrients and energy for long distances and extreme performances, especially during races. Only 100 calories contain 1425 mg of branched-chain amino acids, leucine, valine and isoleucine. Compared to GU gel, it contains much more essential amino acids that the body cannot synthesize itself, but needs to protect muscle fibers during physical performance. Ornithine alpha-ketaglutarate (OKG) blocks unwanted catabolic processes (muscle cramps). The content of 35 mg of caffeine stimulates the nervous system for better concentration. Same use as GU gel, but with a much higher effect. ROCTANE energy gel contains 3x more BCAA and 2x more electrolytes compared to our original energy gels.
