MAURTEN 100 CAF 100 hydrogel contains 100 mg of caffeine, equivalent to 1.5 espressos. This is a lot compared to many traditional gels from other brands. It delivers 25 grams of carbohydrates through a unique blend of fructose and glucose (ratio 0.8:1). It has a high weight-to-energy ratio and contains no added flavors, preservatives or colorings.
