With PowerBar 5 Electrolytes you can make your own hypotonic drink with minimal calories. Unlike water, these soluble tablets contain the 5 main electrolytes in the same ratio as they are lost during sweating. Ideal for basic endurance training or to stay hydrated during exercise without consuming extra carbohydrates and calories.
