The SALEWA ORTLES HYB TWR JACKET W women's jacket is a versatile down jacket designed with a proven hybrid construction for alpine mountaineering.
This updated version of our iconic Ortles Hybrid TirolWool Responsive Jacket is designed with proven hybrid construction. The light insulating layer is made of breathable and stretchy Durastretch softshell fabric with a polyamide/wool composition . Strategically placed insulated areas padded with TirolWool® Responsive support the body's natural thermoregulation mechanism and maintain internal warmth. TirolWool® Responsive is made from locally sourced wool from Tyrolean sheep enriched with innovative Responsive minerals and continues to provide insulation even when wet. A tailored, adjustable back insulated hood adds extra protection. When the jacket is not in use, it is hidden in the integrated pocket.
This Salewa Committed style jacket has a PFC-free DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish , while the Durastretch fabric is 22% merino wool, facing the skin.
