The Salomon Bonatti WP Mitten is a 2-in-1 running glove that combines mittens with full fingers.
The running gloves use two membrane solutions that complement each other perfectly. On the outer layer you will find the well-known and appreciated Pertex® Shield® membrane solution. Its high water resistance of 20,000 mm H2O completely protects against rain or snow, which is very important for long ultra runs. In addition, it offers effective wind support, making it much easier to avoid its cooling effect. This function is combined with another membrane, which is Salomon AdvancedSkin Dry - it is breathability that prevents overheating. The combination of these two properties will make it much easier for you to maintain a balanced thermal balance around your hands.
The gloves have a classic fist cut and one finger. Salomon's designers found this to be much better hand protection than the five-finger solution. When you're running, you're not controlling the equipment anyway, so grip precision isn't as necessary. When it's too hot, the toe panel can be uncovered for maximum ventilation.
