Scarpa

The Italian company Scarpa was founded already in 1938, when the association of shoemakers "Società Calzaturieri Asolini Riuniti Pedemontana Anonima" was founded. Later in the fifties, the Parisotto family founded the footwear company SCARPA , which bore the abbreviation of this association in its name. Scarpa has transformed its craftsmanship, ambition and intuition into high-quality work and mountain hiking boots. The company won many awards in the 1980s, for example for the first Scarpa alpine ski boots and the first telemark ski boots.
