They have 9. spikes made of stainless steel , which ensures effective grip. They can be put on and taken off very quickly and easily over the shoes and tightened with a Velcro strap. Nesmeks are supplied with a practical storage case with a strap for hanging. WARNING! Do not use for mountain climbing or ice climbing.

Cleaning:
