At Blacklight, the characteristics of a light binding oriented to the ascent were combined with the advantages of a classic ski mountaineering binding . It features 10 mm of flexibility when adjusting the length and thus allows adaptation to different lengths of the sole. Thanks to the perfect bayonet positive lock on the heel unit, an extremely high power transfer from the binding to the skis is achieved, which increases the response and performance on the descent. The Step-In side towers make it easier to enter the toe by more than 30%. That means in a flash, you're fully ready to go. At the same time, it increases lateral stability when descending. With Blacklight Binding, you're not only the first to the top, you're also the first back down.

 

The Blacklight has two climbing heights that you can quickly and easily control with your pole. The value of the lateral release of the binding can be fully adjusted from DIN 5 to 12. The vertical release is fixed. Ski jacks can also be attached for a little more safety on ice or crust. Blacklight can also be equipped with a brake (available separately).
