Some customers worry about choosing the wrong size when buying orthopedic insoles. You don't have to worry with us. Most of the orthopedic insoles in our design can be cut for a perfect fit with your footwear, moreover, due to their modern processing, especially the shape and thickness, you will definitely choose the right one. Just follow these simple rules:

1. Choose the insole size that is your normal shoe size (the exception is the ENERGY sports insole). For 100% certainty, measure your insole or existing insole and compare with our size chart.

2. For the ENERGY sports insole, which is made in two numbers, choose a smaller insole than your shoe size. For example, if you are a size 40 - choose an insole numbered 38/39, when you are a size 39 - choose an insole numbered 36/37.

3. If possible, remove the original insole that has been in the shoe since production, replace it with a new one.
