Tourist overshoes , also called hiking boots, made of waterproof and breathable Gore-Tex material . They protect against snow, mud, pebbles or needles. Ripstop nylon material is used in the lower part to increase durability. In the lower part, a hook for attaching to a shoelace . The material used is 3-layer GORE-TEX ® Taslan. In the upper part, they can be pulled down with the help of elastic rubber. Opening at the front with a zipper, which is further covered with a Velcro fastener.
