They combine the best of both worlds: Light, fast and versatile like a trail running shoe, but with the protection, comfort and grip of a mountain hiking shoe. In addition, the waterproof GORE-TEX membrane will provide you with protection on the mountains even in rainy conditions.

When developing the new Traverse GTX shoe, designers focused on a comfortable and athletic fit. The double construction of the upper material, which covers the entire midsole, guarantees extra support, making the shoe particularly resistant to abrasion. The seamless tongue has strategically placed cushioning to prevent pressure points and provide extra comfort on fast, steep climbs and descents.

For perfect grip on any terrain, the shoe has a POMOCA sole with 5 mm deep lugs. From muddy ground to technical rock, this grippy outsole tackles every challenge with aplomb, ensuring safe yet dynamic movement on trails. Thanks to the GORE-TEX waterproof membrane, your feet will always stay dry.

In the midsole, the developers added a support structure that is integrated between the insole of the shoe and the sole running under the arch of the foot. Its task is to strengthen the shoe. It ensures that the shoes will bend at the toes instead of under the arch. It is the main part of the shoe that provides strength and stability while maintaining much needed flexibility. This means that you are assured of safety even in technical terrain at full speed. The Traverse GTX shoes have an 8 mm drop and weigh 300 grams. They are complemented by the proven tying system "Quick Lacing", which enables perfect adaptation to individual needs and provides a precise and firm fit of the shoe on the foot. The laces can be easily hidden in the stretch panel.
