The Dynafit Radical Down Hooded M Jacket is a men's insulated down jacket with a hood. It is perfect for adventurers who don't want to compromise between warmth and freedom of movement. This jacket excels in both of these features. The outer material is windproof and water-repellent , and elastic inserts on the sides of the jacket provide comfort when moving.
It is made of premium goose down with a filling of 800RDS certified 800 cubic inches with a down ratio of 95/5. The only weakness of down is its sensitivity to moisture. When down gets wet, it clumps and loses its coating, thus losing its insulating ability. For this very reason, the premium goose down used in this jacket has been treated with DOWNTEK® . This water-resistant treatment allows the down to maintain its density and coating even when exposed to moisture, keeping you warm. In addition, the down dries faster and can be washed in the washing machine without losing its quality.
The lightweight nylon outer shell is wind and water resistant for added protection from the elements. Stretch side panels in the armpits provide improved breathability, temperature regulation and freedom of movement. The stretch hem and cuffs keep the jacket in place and prevent cold air from entering or heat from escaping. Both front pockets and a chest pocket offer space to store small items and warm hands. Thanks to its small size, this down jacket fits in any bag. Thanks to its athletic cut, the Radical Down Hooded Jacket looks great not only on ski tours, but also when climbing or as everyday wear on a walk around town.
