The DYNAFIT TRAVERSE MID GTX men's shoe is a light, versatile mid-cut shoe for fast mountain ascents and trail runs.
In addition, the waterproof GORE-TEX membrane will provide you with protection on the mountains even in rainy conditions. The higher cut of the shoe compared to the classic low model provides more support for your ankles and protects against stones and the ingress of dirt, small twigs and pebbles inside the shoe.
When developing the new Traverse Mid GTX shoe, the designers focused on a comfortable and athletic fit. The double construction of the upper material , which covers the entire midsole, makes the shoe particularly resistant to abrasion and provides extra support. The seamless tongue has strategically placed padding to prevent pressure points and provide comfort on fast, steep climbs and descents.
For perfect grip on any terrain, the shoe has a POMOCA sole with 5 mm deep lugs. From muddy ground to technical rock, this grippy outsole tackles every challenge with aplomb, ensuring safe yet dynamic movement on trails.
In the midsole, the developers added a support structure that is integrated between the insole of the shoe and the sole running under the arch of the foot. Its task is to strengthen the shoe. It ensures that the shoes will bend at the toes instead of under the arch. It is the main part of the shoe that provides strength and stability while maintaining much needed flexibility. This means that you are assured of safety even in technical terrain at full speed. They are complemented by the proven tying system "Quick Lacing", which enables perfect adaptation to individual needs and provides a precise and firm fit of the shoe on the foot. The laces can be easily hidden in the stretch panel.
