Compared to other ultra shoes, the emphasis was not only on protection, but also on speed . The new Speed Plus midsole ensures excellent energy return at a very low weight and thus guarantees the best running progress - from the first step to the last. Heel cushioning provides more comfort on fast descents. This means you can save energy and be ready for the next climb – always one step ahead of the others.
The time-proven Vibram® Litebase Megagrip sole with 3.5 mm lugs guarantees the best grip on any terrain and under all conditions.
The minimalist upper with 25% recycled materials stands out for its very good breathability, so your feet don't sweat even on very long distances and at high intensity. Ultra DNA knitted collar prevents pebbles and dirt from entering the shoe. The reduced toe protector made of ripstop fabric also protects against impacts.
With the help of a double quick lacing system, you can perfectly adapt the shoe to your needs. Thanks to the padding on the heel, your foot sits securely, firmly and comfortably in the shoe. The lightweight Ortholite Lite insole ensures extra comfort without adding unnecessary extra weight.
