A decent sole

La Sportiva used the FriXion™ White compound here, which is the most grippy compound. The aggressive sample is 7 mm and AT Grip Spike nails can be attached to it - that is, if you like to train or race on an icy surface.

The "inner" shoe contains GORE-TEX®, i.e. a waterproof membrane. The outer sleeve is resistant to abrasion and waterproof, fits perfectly to the leg and the main function is protection against dirt when running in the forest and also the first protection against water and winter. Comfort is achieved thanks to the "Easy-in" system, which allows quick and easy putting on the shoe. And what do you get used to very quickly with this shoe? BOA® Fit System technology! It is a very fast and accurate shoe tightening system located on the ankle.
