The JETFORCE BT Pack 25l black M/L (57cm) avalanche backpack is the latest redesigned avalanche backpack from PIEPS. It is lighter, more sophisticated and now also equipped with Bluetooth technology, which allows the backpack to be connected to the PIEPS APP mobile application, which allows you to set some user functions.
JETFORCE is the first avalanche airbag technology that uses a turbo fan to inflate the protective bag. It is a groundbreaking system that draws air from an unlimited source: the atmosphere. The ability to test functionality without the need for subsequent component replacement, repeated activation and unlimited air travel are the result of a long-term collaboration between the renowned brands Black Diamond and PIEPS, the world's leading manufacturers of avalanche equipment. BD's high technological level is behind many improvements to existing airbag systems, from the intuitive trigger mechanism to the very durable, yet packable fabric used to make the inflatable bag. The special electronics were developed and supplied by PIEPS, the world's leading manufacturer of digital avalanche beacons. It includes, among other things, an automatic check of the functionality of the entire system every time it is switched on and the display of the current status using LEDs integrated into the trigger handle.

JET-FAN: battery-powered turbo fan inflates a protective 170 l bag within 3.5 seconds and then maintains pressure for three minutes
AUTOMATIC CHECK: the system functionality is automatically verified each time it is switched on, the current status is permanently indicated by LEDs integrated into the handle of the trigger mechanism
LARGE AIRBAG: the protective 170 l bag is made of extremely strong and durable fabric, used for airbags in the automotive industry
AUTOMATIC DEFLATION: the protective bag automatically deflates after 3 minutes, creating an air pocket and facilitating any rescue
